we are looking for an
**Marketing Operational Coordinator**
to supports the Global Marketing Team in the planning, coordination, and execution of operational marketing activities. This role ensures smooth implementation of marketing initiatives, manages the flow of materials and communication with external agencies and internal stakeholders, and contributes to the overall efficiency of the marketing function.
**Responsibilities:**
- Support the execution of global marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of materials and activities.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of promotional materials (e.g., brochures, digital assets, POS materials, gifts, etc.).
- Manage communication with external agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure consistency and quality in all deliverables.
- Assist in the briefing and follow-up process with creative and media agencies.
- Maintain and update marketing calendars, project trackers, and budgets.
- Support meeting organization or marketing events for global marketing activities (e.g., trade fairs, product launches, internal events).
- Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines and approval processes.
- Collaborate with the digital and product marketing teams to align operational execution with brand strategy.
- Contribute to reporting and performance tracking of marketing initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Required Skills:**
- 6-8 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in an international or multi-brand environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience in an international or multi-brand environment.
