**Project Manager**
to join our development team in Macedonia!
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery aligned with customer and business expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project planning, working closely with the technical team to ensure proper project delivery planning
- Responsible for driving the execution of project work plans and timelines in order to deliver projects that meet customer and business needs
- Responsible for the preparation of project documentation; ensuring documentation completeness and version control in compliance with customer requirements, while following internal project methodology
- Managing and aligning customer expectations with project goals agreed with the internal project team
- Creating project reports and presentations to provide relevant information to project stakeholders and customers
- Responsible for driving projects under PMO orchestration
- Resource Management – planning, monitoring, and controlling resource utilization; acting as a point of contact to confirm resource reservations and resolve conflicts caused by overlapping tasks
- Supporting Business Operational activities
About you
- 2+ years of experience in the software development project management area
- Experience working on software delivery projects will be considered a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field
- Knowledge of project management methodologies. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM are not mandatory but will be considered a significant advantage.
- Agile mindset. Possession of a Scrum Master (PSM I/CSM) or Product Owner (PSPO I/CSPO) certification is highly desirable and will be considered a strong asset.
- Knowledge and experience with Jira
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Ability to drive projects using a mix of project methodologies
