We are an ambitious software studio based in Skopje, building high-performance mobile games, applications, and interactive experiences for the global market. We are looking for a Flutter Developer with a passion for mobile innovation, ready to build scalable, high-quality, and engaging digital products. If you love creating smooth animations, optimizing performance and user experiences, and building products that reach millions, this is for you.
🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Flutter Mastery: Strong expertise in Flutter (Dart) with a focus on high-performance UI and highly interactive user experiences.
- Product Mindset: Experience or strong interest in developing both mobile applications and games (casual, interactive, or utility-based). Familiarity with Flame engine or custom game loops is a significant plus but not the only focus.
- State Management: Deep understanding of state management solutions such as Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider to handle complex business logic and real-time states.
- Proven Track Record: At least one high-performance app or game successfully launched on Google Play or the App Store.
- Backend & Data: Experience with Supabase, Firebase, or SQL for handling user authentication, data synchronization, and real-time features.
- Modern Workflow: Proficiency in using AI-assisted tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and maintain high code quality.
- Polish & Performance: A strong eye for "pixel-perfect" UI, 60 FPS animations, and memory optimization across various devices.
