📍 Location: Himarë
A
**well-established resort in Himarë**
is currently looking for a
**Head Receptionist**
to lead the Front Office team and ensure an excellent guest experience during the summer season.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills who can manage reception operations in a dynamic resort environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Supervise and coordinate the Front Office team
• Manage guest welcome, check-in and check-out procedures
• Oversee reservations and daily reception operations
• Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Support and guide the reception team when needed
**Requirements:**
• Previous experience in a similar role in hotels or resorts
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Good knowledge of reservation systems and computer skills
• English required; additional languages are considered an advantage
