ProRecruit is looking for a proven Affiliate and Advertiser Billing Specialist to join an international team, in a fully remote role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Billing Calculation: Prepare calculation tables for billing purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Ensure timely payment collection from advertisers and affiliates.
- Billing Reports: Generate and maintain billing reports, making certain they are accurate and align with company policies and procedures.
- Collections Management: Oversee and execute the collections process for delinquent accounts, maintaining diligent follow-up and communication with affiliates and advertisers to secure overdue payments. Employ strategic approaches to collections that align with company values and customer retention goals.
- Data Management: Maintain and update billing schedules and records using Google Sheets or other designated software.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Assist in the reconciliation of billing discrepancies, promptly responding to inquiries from affiliates and advertisers, and resolving billing issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with advertiser managers and finance teams to ensure all costs and revenues are captured accurately in the billing process.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting: Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by management to support decision-making processes.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of billing processes and procedures, suggesting enhancements and efficiencies where possible.
- Additional Support: Be willing to assist in other accounting projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the financial success of the organization.
**Requirements**
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience in billing, bookkeeping, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets; knowledge of other spreadsheet and accounting software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
