**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role located in Tirana for a Promoter at ESA Group. The Promoter will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating product features, answering queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include driving product awareness, supporting sales initiatives, performing marketing duties, and providing feedback to enhance product offerings and promotional strategies.
**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage and assist customers
- Sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Basic knowledge and practical experience in marketing and promotional strategies
- Ability to train and educate customers or team members on product features and benefits
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, approachable attitude
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in an on-site environment
- Prior experience in retail, promotions, or a similar role is an advantage
