Additionally, the Recruiter will contribute to enhancing recruitment strategies and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging various sourcing tools and platforms.
**Qualifications**
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Proficiency in managing recruitment pipelines and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop recruitment strategies and create job descriptions
- Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes efficiently
- Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices
- Prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
