**What you'll do:**
- Teach fun and engaging 25-minute online English lessons to students aged 3-15.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule: Weekdays (4 PM – 9:30 PM Beijing Time) and Weekends (10 AM – 9:30 PM Beijing Time).
- Use all the materials you need—we provide all lesson plans and slides!
**What we offer:**
- **Competitive Salary:**
Starting rates up to
**$25 USD per hour**
(open to negotiation).
- Consistent work schedule with regular salary reviews (twice a year).
- Year-round rewards, bonuses, and a supportive, collaborative work environment.
**Who we're looking for:**
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (a plus).
- Experience teaching young learners.
- Excellent communication skills and a reliable internet connection.
