**Role Description**

This full-time Project Manager role at Marquardt Macedonia is based in Veles and is a hybrid position, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. Key tasks:

- Develops and manages project budget, schedule and timeline
- Analysis of specifications for new variants implementation of new variants, changes and capacity increase of series products in coordination with cross-functional teams and customer
- Continuous improvement of products and processes
- Development and optimization of existing products and processes (molding, stamping, electronic, mechatronic, assembly)
- Support systematic cost reduction process (VAVE)
- Drive regular product cost improvements with support of the LCM core team
- Project risk management
- Support the transfer of production equipment
- First level technical support for support for other departments (e.g. Sales and Customer)

**Qualifications**

- Degree in mechanical engineering, software and electrical engineering, mechatronics, preferably with knowledge in electronics manufacturing
- Experience in project management
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure with short deadlines
- Customer satisfaction oriented
- Time management and scheduling skills
- Able to coordinate interdisciplinary teams
- Able to manage and resolve conflicts
