**HR Assistant**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
**HR Assistant**
to support our Human Resources department in daily operations, recruitment coordination, and employee administration. Working Hours MON-FRI 15:00 to 23:00 Albanian Time.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confident on the phone, and comfortable managing multiple HR processes at once.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Making outbound calls to candidates and conducting initial follow-ups
- Guiding candidates through application steps and recruitment stages
- Presenting job offers and compensation packages clearly and professionally
- Maintaining and updating job board postings
- Managing and updating the internal recruitment CRM system
- Handling daily vacation requests and sick leave documentation
- Supporting general HR administrative tasks
- Preparing reports and updates for the Head of HR and General Manager

**Requirements**

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable making frequent phone calls
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Basic knowledge of HR processes is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and job platforms is preferred
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
