As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary contact for our Albanian-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a stellar customer experience. Your role is essential in creating lasting customer relationships and increasing satisfaction.
### Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in Albanian and English through various communication channels
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and challenges efficiently
- Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure comprehensive solutions for customer issues
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to support service enhancements
- Stay informed about product offerings and changes
- Engage in continuous training to develop customer service skills
### Requirements
- Fluency in Albanian and English with strong communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational proficiency
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage
