**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist located in Tirana. The Receptionist will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing front desk operations, greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing correspondence. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, performing clerical duties, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients and staff. Working hours are from Monday to Friday 09.30-18.00 and Saturday 10.00-16.00.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Familiarity with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
