*You will advise our internal as well as external customers in varied consulting projects within our core industries such as logistics, energy, healthcare, automotive and of course aviation.*
**Tasks**

- Daily and timely ticket processing
- Developing a deep understanding of issues, including unfamiliar ones, by analysing them in SAP (K04)
- Identifying required information to resolve tickets and proactively requesting it from ASD
- Collaborating within the Release Train to address and resolve tickets
- Building and maintaining an overview of key technical and functional stakeholders

**Requirements**

- Foundational knowledge in SAP MM
- Understanding of business process structures (training will be provided)
- Technical knowledge of core transactions and basic customizing
- Analytical techniques: ability to ask the right questions to understand and resolve issues
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Business English
