- **AI Obsession & Research:**
You must be more than a user; you are a researcher of AI trends. You follow LLM advancements (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) and know how to integrate them into production-ready products. Mastery of AI-assisted tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) is mandatory to maximize output.
- **Mobile Expertise:**
You must have a solid background in mobile development. Whether it’s
**Flutter or Native**
, you have built, launched, or managed mobile projects. This is no longer a bonus; it is a core expectation.
- **Full Lifecycle Ownership:**
Proven ability to architect and manage the end-to-end development process. You build for scalability, performance, and millions of users.
- **Language Mastery:**
Deep technical expertise in at least one major programming language. Superficial knowledge is not enough.
