As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our support team, ensuring clients receive prompt, friendly, and efficient help with their daily IT needs.
Key responsibilities
- Basic troubleshooting of hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals)
- Basic software installation, configuration, and support (resetting Outlook, setting up VPN, etc.)
- Familiarity with office productivity suites
- Password resets, account unlocks, and basic Active Directory operations
- Email configuration and troubleshooting
- Network connectivity troubleshooting
- Remote desktop support tools
- Ticketing systems
- Mobile device support
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting ability
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and helpful in fast-paced situations
- Fluent in English
Working hours
- Monday to Friday
- Working in shifts as part of L1 team covering 24/5
