**Back Office Specialist**
**Overview**
We’re seeking a proactive Back Office Specialist to support daily operations with strong MS Office skills—especially Excel and Outlook—ensuring accurate records, smooth communication, and timely task execution.


**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage inboxes/calendars and internal/external correspondence (Outlook).
- Perform data entry, tracking, and basic reporting (Excel: tables, filters, PivotTables, lookups).
- Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports with high accuracy.
- Support back-office workflows (filing, archiving, order/invoice handling).
- Collaborate with teams and follow up on actions and deadlines.



**Requirements**

- 1–2 years in back-office/administrative roles.
- Proficiency with
**Microsoft Excel**
&
**Outlook**
(must).
- Soft skills:
