**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Trainer, located in Tirana. The Fitness Trainer will design and lead group exercise sessions, and support clients in achieving their personal fitness goals. Responsibilities include creating customized workout plans, ensuring proper exercise techniques, and offering guidance and motivation to clients. Ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining a professional and inclusive environment is essential in this role.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Group Exercise, Fitness Instruction, and Fitness Training
- Knowledge of the Fitness Industry and best practices
- Strong Customer Service skills to build relationships and maintain a supportive atmosphere
- Relevant fitness certifications and qualifications are preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- First Aid or CPR certification is an advantage
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels
