**Role Description**
This is a full-time Junior Associate role based on-site in Tirana. The Junior Associate will be responsible for supporting senior attorneys on case preparation, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, assisting in legal documentation, and attending client meetings. Additional responsibilities include maintaining case files, managing correspondence, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in conducting legal research, analyzing case law, and interpreting legal documents.
- Strong skills in drafting contracts, preparing legal documentation, and writing reports.
- Attention to detail with expertise in document review and proofreading within a legal context.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and teammates effectively.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, work collaboratively, and maintain a professional attitude under deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal software and a strong understanding of legal and regulatory standards.
- A bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B) or a related field; Bar admission is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in a legal or law firm setting is an advantage.
