**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Tirana. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve regional targets. Key tasks include managing and leading a sales team, building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role will also involve preparing sales forecasts and reports while collaborating closely with other departments to align strategies and goals.


**Qualifications**


- Proven skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and client relationship management
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Target Setting
- Strong leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills relevant to complex sales environments
- Experience in the B2B domain and familiarity with global business ecosystems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Tirana and travel as required
