**Role Description**
This is an on-site, full-time Site Engineer position located in Vlora. The Site Engineer will oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality control standards, managing on-site teams, and coordinating day-to-day operational activities. Responsibilities include supervising structural and civil engineering tasks, facilitating clear communication among stakeholders, and ensuring timely project execution while maintaining quality and safety standards.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in on-site construction project management, including the ability to oversee daily operations effectively.
- Strong skills in communication and collaboration with teams, contractors, and clients.
- Expertise in quality control to ensure all work meets required standards and specifications.
- Proficiency in structural engineering and understanding of civil engineering principles.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is advantageous.
- Commitment to upholding environmental sustainability and safety standards on-site.
