**Role Description**
We are seeking a Finance Lead for a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, Albania. The Finance Lead will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and preparing accurate financial statements. Additional responsibilities include developing accounting strategies, guiding financial decision-making processes, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure financial health and efficiency across the organization.
**Qualifications**
- Proficient in Accounting and Finance practices
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive Financial Statements
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear and effective Communication skills for conveying complex financial information
- Experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Knowledge of local and international accounting regulations
