**About the Role**
**We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Strategist to lead growth-focused campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram). This role combines strategy, execution, and clear communication, working closely with local teams and partners in New York and Florida to drive measurable results.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own end-to-end marketing strategy for Meta/Instagram: planning, launch, optimization, and reporting
- Build campaign structures (prospecting, retargeting, creative testing) aligned to business goals
- Develop and manage content/creative direction in collaboration with internal teams or creators
- Run systematic A/B tests across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and offers
- Produce clear weekly performance updates with recommendations and next steps
- Coordinate with local stakeholders in NY & FL to ensure messaging and execution fit market needs
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitive activity to keep campaigns current
**Required Qualifications**
- Strong English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience managing Meta/Instagram campaigns with performance outcomes
- Excellent communication skills (able to collaborate with local teams in NY & FL)
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data and reporting
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and execute consistently
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce funnels
- Familiarity with Meta Pixel + Conversion API, Events Manager, and attribution basics
- Experience coordinating creative production (briefs, hooks, UGC-style creatives)
- Experience working with US-based teams (ET schedule)
