**Responsibilities:**
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and politely
- Assist customers by providing accurate and helpful information
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
- Work on a full-time, on-site schedule
- Available shifts: 09:00–18:00, or 10:00–19:00
**Requirements**
- Strong verbal communication and people skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Prior experience in customer support is considered an advantage
