**Role Description**
This is a contract role for a Senior Product Developer You will be responsible for translating highly technical structures into business language, client artifacts (proposal estimations, database schema, modern UI) and full-stack development tasks. The role is hybrid, located in Tirana, with some work from home acceptable. Day-to-day tasks will include coding, testing, deploying, and maintaining web applications to ensure effective and efficient software solutions.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development
- Strong skills in Front-End Development and modern UX/UI techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with hybrid work environments is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
**Core Engineering**
- **Full-Stack JavaScript / TypeScript**
— production experience with Node.js across APIs, serverless functions, and async workflows
- **Modern Frontend Development**
— React and Next.js with Tailwind CSS, performance-aware and responsive UI systems
- **Backend Architecture & Data**
— PostgreSQL (schema design, migrations), familiarity with NoSQL and Redis patterns
- **Authentication & Security**
— OAuth, magic links, JWT, and role-based access control
- **Cloud & Deployment**
— Bubble for MVPs; AWS or GCP for scalable SaaS infrastructure
- **Mobile & Multi-Platform**
— React Native with shared logic across web and mobile, including admin dashboards
- **AI-Assisted Development**
— daily use of LLM tools (Cursor, Claude) for coding, refactoring, architecture, and documentation
