We are looking for a proactive and coachable Internship Business Development

Representative to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities. You

will work closely with the sales team to execute outbound and inbound strategies,

nurture relationships, and move prospects through the early stages of the sales

cycle.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, social media, and other

channels to generate qualified leads.

- Research target markets, industries, and companies to identify potential clients

and opportunities.

- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using standardized criteria; schedule

discovery calls and product demos as appropriate.

- Create personalized outreach messages and value propositions tailored to each

prospect.

- Assist in preparation of sales materials, proposals, and presentations.

- Represent AtraX at events, webinars, and industry forums as needed.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as calls, emails,

meetings scheduled, and pipeline growth to the Sales Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

**Education**
: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience

**- Language**
: Professional proficiency in English; italian a plus.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong

phone etiquette and ability to articulate value propositions clearly.

- Technical: Proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
