Key Account Manager
Slovak Hygienic Paper Group (SHP Group)
**KAM mission at Adria East other markets - North Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania, Kosovo**
- Responsibility for sales process of Paloma brand in respective markets;
- Responsibility for development private label business for Key Customers in respective markets;
- Manages business cases from the price offer to realization;
- Participate in development of sales strategy of Group;
- Monitors competitors’ activities, market situation, prepares market analysis;
- Improves SHP visibility, market share and sales of the company's product portfolio;
- Building and maintaining business with selected key customers via focusing on improving distribution and in-store visibility of our products;
- Responsible for key accounts planning & budgeting & forecasting;
- Summary reporting for the entrusted customer segment for the Group Sales manager;
- Identifies business risks and prepares mitigation actions and strategies;
- Build and maintain business relationships with Key Customers;
- Annual negotiations of contractual conditions and building superior customer relationship in accordance with SHP standard practices;
- Responsible for customers' receivables in the assigned segment;
- Provides support and cooperates with other departments in the development of new products;
- Perform other activities related to the agreed type of work accordingly to the instructions of the superior manager.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of work experience on KAM position
- Similar regional experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English language level B2
- B driving license
