You’ll handle the full-hiring flow: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. We

, and need someone who’s comfortable making quick decisions and keeping pipelines full at all times.
**What you will do:**
- Find and recruit freelancers at high volume
- Manage multiple roles at once without slowing down
- Work closely with our team to fill roles
- Keep candidate pipelines organized and active
**What we're looking for:**
- Recruitment experience (agency or fast-paced environment is a big plus)
- Experience hiring freelancers / remote workers
- Quick thinker, organized, and good with people
- Comfortable working under pressure and moving fast
- Experience with CRM platforms (we use Airtable)
- Very good english spoken langugage
