**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in design and modeling software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other engineering tools.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, thermodynamics, and material science.
- Experience with project management, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or HVAC systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations is a plus.
