We are looking for a
**Junior Customer Support Representative**
starting in
**October 2026.**

**Key Role Responsibilities:**

- Provide fast and accurate customer support
- Respond to customer requests and queries via email and live chat
- Proactively solve issues and assist by following our operational processes
- Communication with our partners
- Following and informing about new features and updates in the T&C

**What we are looking for:**

- Knowledge and experience in the iGaming and sports betting industry will be considered an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work in shifts/weekends/holidays
