**Qualifications**

- Experience in content creation & social media strategy
- Strong CapCut editing skills
- Familiar with content planning & scheduling tools
- Ability to analyze metrics and optimize content
- Creative, detail-oriented, and strong communicator
- Up-to-date with trends and platform algorithms
- Team player; digital marketing experience is a plus
