We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
**Account Executive**
to join our Travel Agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales, and building long-term customer relationships.
**Working Schedule:**
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 – 17:00
**Salary & Benefits:**
- **70,000 ALL net salary**
- **Performance-based commission (%)**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and grow assigned client accounts
- Identify new sales opportunities and close deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present and promote travel products and services
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
**Requirements:**
- **Previous experience in sales is mandatory**
(candidates without sales experience will not be contacted)
- **English language proficiency at C1 level is required**
- Priority will be given to candidates who speak
**Italian, German, or French at a professional level**
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Good organizational and time management skills
