We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java and a strong command of the Italian language to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the full-stack development, leveraging their expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies. Fluency in Italian is essential for effective communication with our Italian-speaking team members and stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of innovative software solutions that meet the needs of our organization and its clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Full-Stack Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software program packages throughout the whole stack.
- Front-End Development: Implement responsive and person-pleasant front-cease interfaces using JavaScript, Angular, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, JavaFX, Primefaces, and JSP.
- Back-End Development: Design and increase sturdy again-end solutions utilising Java, Spring Boot, and associated technology.
- Database Management: Integrate with numerous databases which includes Oracle, DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Integration and Testing: Utilize continuous distribution equipment including Jenkins or Gitlab-CI for automated build, check, and deployment processes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with pass-useful teams which include product managers, designers, and other builders to supply superb solutions.
- Documentation: Provide technical management and steering to junior builders, making sure first-rate practices and code best requirements are maintained.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date on rising technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into the improvement system as appropriate.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics / Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Extensive experience in front-end improvement with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, JavaFX, Primefaces, and JSP.
- Strong talent in back-end development the usage of Java, Spring Boot, Angular and related frameworks.
- Solid expertise of database structures inclusive of Oracle, DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Experience with continuous integration/distribution equipment consisting of Jenkins or Gitlab-CI.
- Strong trouble-solving abilities and interest to detail.
- Previous experience in a senior software program improvement function with proven leadership talents.
- Excellent verbal exchange and interpersonal capabilities, with the capacity to efficaciously interact with numerous groups and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian language, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts in Italian.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
