**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Afterhours Tracking Specialist based in Radoviš. Primary responsibilities include monitoring and managing transportation operations outside regular business hours. The role entails real-time tracking of shipments, communicating with drivers and customers to provide updates, resolving any potential delays, and ensuring data accuracy within tracking systems. Collaboration with the operations team to optimize delivery processes is expected.
**Qualifications**
- Familiarity with transportation industry operations, dispatch systems, and shipment tracking
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in written and verbal communications
- Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and the ability to work under timely constraints
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting tasks
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively during non-traditional hours
- Basic computer literacy and experience with tracking software and office applications
