**Role Description**
The Arkitekt will work on-site in Tirana in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design and planning of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role involves developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and technical documentation, and ensuring that designs comply with building codes, Eurocode norms, and client requirements. The Arkitekt will collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, project managers, and construction teams to coordinate structural, mechanical, and electrical aspects of projects. Daily tasks include reviewing site conditions, participating in design reviews, updating plans based on feedback, and supporting the optimization of materials and construction methods. The role also includes conducting feasibility studies, assisting with permit applications, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
**Qualifications**
- Strong architectural design skills, including concept development, space planning, and detailed technical drafting.
- Proficiency in architectural and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and relevant 3D modeling software).
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and structural systems, especially steel, concrete, and metallic structures.
- Knowledge of Eurocode norms, local building regulations, and standards for waterproofing and thermo/hydro insulation.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, coordinate multidisciplinary designs, and collaborate effectively with project teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English; proficiency in Albanian is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, and eligibility for professional registration where applicable.
- Previous experience in building design, civil infrastructure, or industrial projects is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site, conduct regular site visits, and engage directly with construction and logistics processes.
