**Your Daily Tasks**
Social Media Video Production
- Edit the agency's social media content one day per week, with remote access to footage supplied by the creative team.
- Produce engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, from short-form TikToks and Reels to long-form podcast episodes and YouTube content.
- Adapt and repurpose video edits for each platform with appropriate creative hooks, aspect ratios, captions, and pacing.
Creative Development & Trend Integration
- Contribute original ideas to video edits and identify emerging trends, popular sounds, and creative formats for potential content opportunities.
- Apply creative storytelling techniques to produce entertaining, engaging, and platform-relevant video content.
- Reflect the agency's distinctive, playful, and energetic brand personality across all social media edits.
Content Workflow & Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to maintain a consistent pipeline of social media content and support upcoming production requirements.
- Coordinate footage transfers, creative feedback, and video revisions to ensure efficient remote collaboration.
- Familiarize yourself with the agency's creative processes, brand identity, and team culture to maintain consistency across video content.
Client Campaign Video Production
- Support potential future client projects by producing creative video content for brands within the agency's portfolio.
- Adapt video content, visual styles, and creative approaches to meet different client briefs, brand identities, and campaign objectives.
**The Qualifications We Seek**
Professional Experience & Portfolio
- **3 to 5 years of relevant video editing experience**
, preferably in social media content production, digital marketing, or creative agency environments
- Proven experience in video editing for
**TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube**
, supported by a professional portfolio or showreel
- Experience in producing both short-form social media videos and long-form podcast or YouTube content
Video Editing & Technical Expertise
- Strong proficiency in
**Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve**

- Ability to produce polished, high-quality video content with speed, precision, and creative confidence
