As part of expanding its activities, our company is looking to hire a
**Sales Manager for the Western Balkans region**
(Croatia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Kosovo) , someone motivated and with good communication and negotiation skills, to further develop the sales network and increase the presence of our products in the market.
**Tasks and responsibilities:**
· Developing and expanding the client network in the respective region.
· Identifying new clients and building long-term relationships with them.
· Managing and following up with existing clients.
· Promoting and selling the company's products.
· Negotiating offers and business terms with clients.
· Monitoring the market and competition in the region.
· Meeting sales targets and reporting regularly to the company.
· Preparing reports and planning future objectives.
**Required qualifications and skills**
· Previous sales experience, preferably in the building materials sector.
· Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
· Ability to create and develop lasting relationships with clients.
· Organizational skills and results-oriented mindset.
· Willingness to travel within the covered region.
· Category B driving license.
· Basic computer knowledge.
