**QA Manager - Skopje, Macedonia | OnSite - 3days**
**The Job**
We are looking for an experienced
**QA Manager**
to lead and scale the Quality Assurance function for a major gaming platform. This is a hybrid strategic/hands-on role: you will define the QA roadmap, manage a team of manual and automation engineers, and personally drive the adoption of automated testing frameworks. Your mission is to establish "Quality Gates" across the entire SDLC, ensuring every release is stable, secure, and performant.
**The Company**
My client is a dedicated IT services provider for the online gaming sector. They are building a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility, not just an afterthought. They are looking for a leader who can champion this mindset and build a world-class QA department from the ground up.
**About You**
You are a quality evangelist with a technical background. You know how to manage people, but you also know your way around code and automation tools. You are looking for a role where you can set the standards rather than just follow them.
- **4+ years**
in QA, with at least
**1–2 years in leadership**
.
- Strong experience with
**Test Automation**
(Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Solid understanding of
**API testing**
and REST principles.
- Experience integrating QA into
**CI/CD pipelines**
(GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Ability to mentor team members and define hiring strategies.
- Experience in iGaming or high-compliance environments is a plus.
