Account Manager & Sales Executive (F)

is seeking an energetic and results-driven
**Account Manager & Sales Executive (F)**
who will be responsible for managing existing clients, developing long-term relationships with partner businesses, and increasing sales of the platform's services. This role combines account management with active sales and customer support for platform usage. The job is onsite.

The duties are:

- Instruct and assist clients in using the platform.
- Present and sell the company's services to potential and existing clients.
- Create business profiles on the platform and ensure accurate data entry.
- Follow liquidation and payment processes according to internal procedures.
- Maintain ongoing communication with business administrators.
- Manage the process from initial contact through to closing the sale.
- Update the database and CRM with accurate information.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to enhance cooperation.

The qualifications needed are:

- Experience in sales, account management, or customer support (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to follow processes.
- Basic knowledge of online platforms and CRM usage.
- Results-oriented with focus on monthly targets.
- Ability to build professional relationships with businesses.
