**Role Description**
The Travel Agent role at Savatours is a full-time, on-site position based in Tirana, Albania. The Travel Agent is responsible for advising clients on travel options, proposing suitable packages, and creating detailed itineraries that align with client preferences and budgets. Daily tasks include managing reservations, coordinating flights, hotels, and tours, and handling car rental and other ground services. The role involves providing proactive customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth travel experience from booking to return. The Travel Agent also supports sales activities by promoting destinations and offers, updating booking systems, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and travel arrangements.
**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated skills in Reservations and Travel Arrangements, including flights, accommodation, tours, and related services.
- Strong Customer Service capabilities, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
- Sales skills, including promoting travel packages, upselling services, and meeting booking and revenue targets.
- Good knowledge of popular leisure destinations, preferably including Turkey and regional markets.
- Proficiency in relevant booking and reservation systems; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Tirana, Albania, collaborate with colleagues, and manage multiple client requests at once.
- Fluency in Albanian and good command of English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a travel agency or hospitality environment is preferred; vocational or higher education in tourism, business, or a related field is beneficial.
