***Junior Graphic Designer role at MANIA Advertising / MANIACARD is based in Tirana.***

The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creative team in developing visual concepts for advertising campaigns, social media, print materials, and digital assets.

The Junior Graphic Designer is expected to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and proactively contribute ideas in team meetings and creative reviews.

**Qualifications**

- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including creating visual concepts and marketing materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and refine brand identities and campaign visuals.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent) is beneficial.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual sense, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving is required.
- Ability to take feedback constructively, work collaboratively in a team environment, and manage time effectively is important.
- A degree or coursework in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of digital and social media formats, file preparationh, and design production processes is an advantage.
