- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues

- Resolve issues at first level or escalate when needed
- Work with international clients and technical teams
- Document incidents and solutions accurately

**What we’re looking for:**

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an interest in IT and technology. Previous Help Desk, Customer Support, or NOC experience is a plus.
