**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site Software Engineer role based in Tirana.
**What you will do:**
- Build web apps, dashboards and internal tools from start to finish, using AI coding tools every day
- Turn a rough idea into a working first version in days, not weeks
- Connect our tools together with APIs (for example Google Drive, Supabase, Zapier, payment and social platforms)
- Build automations that save the team time on repeated tasks
- Set up and look after databases, logins and hosting (for example Supabase and Vercel)
- Check, test and clean up code the AI writes before it goes live
- Fix bugs fast when something breaks
- Write short, clear notes so others can understand and use what you built
- Keep up with new AI tools and suggest better ways to work
**Must have skills:**
**AI coding tools**
- Daily, hands-on use of Claude or Claude Code, plus at least one other tool (Kimi, Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT or similar)
- Good at writing clear prompts and giving the AI the right context
- Knows how to split a big job into small steps the AI can handle well
- Can spot when the AI is making things up or writing bad code
**Coding basics**
- Can read and write
**Python**
and
**JavaScript / TypeScript**
- Comfortable picking up any other common language when needed
- Understands how websites work: front end, back end, APIs and databases
- Knows basic SQL
- Uses Git and GitHub every day
