**Role Description**
This full-time Motion Graphic Designer role at MANIA Advertising / MANIACARD is an on-site position based in Tirana.

in line with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Responsibilities include collaborating with creative and marketing teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and visual styles, as well as
**designing and animating graphic elements**
, titles, and transitions.
The role involves participating in the full production process—
**from initial idea to final delivery**
—ensuring high-quality output, consistency across formats, and timely completion of projects.
The Motion Graphic Designer will also help optimize content for different channels, maintain organized project files, and stay current with design trends and motion design techniques.
**Qualifications**
- Strong motion-focused skills, including Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with a portfolio demonstrating dynamic, visually compelling work.
Solid visual design capabilities in Graphic Design and Graphics, with an eye for layout, typography, color, and brand consistency
- Experience in Video Production, including understanding of pacing, storytelling, and working with audio, footage, and visual effects.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
- Ability to translate creative briefs into clear graphic layouts, key visuals, storyboards and animations, and to iterate based on constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in an on-site team environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to inclusive, professional interaction across diverse teams and clients.
- Relevant education in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in motion graphics and video content creation.
