We are looking for a **AML Support** to join our **Retail Operations team**. In this role, you will support the administrative management of Retail activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across documentation and operational processes. You will act as a key point of contact for Retail-related administrative matters and contribute to delivering a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders.

**What you'll do:**
- **Retail Administration Management:** Manage all administrative activities related to Retail operations, from opening to closure of cases and processes.
- **Documentation Verification:** Handle and verify all documentation required for the completion and processing of Retail-related procedures.
- **Administrative Processing:** Ensure the accurate and timely management of administrative requests, procedures, records, and operational workflows.
- **Retail Support:** Manage inbound and outbound telephone communications related to Retail activities, providing timely support and assistance.
- **Data Accuracy:** Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures, policies, and quality standards.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support efficient operational processes and service delivery.
