**HR Manager**

City: Podgorica

**Role Summary:**

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on and detail-oriented HR professional who is highly organized and confident in managing day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate combines strong knowledge of employment legislation, payroll and HR administration with a proactive approach to recruitment, employee relations and supporting our retail organization.

**Responsibilities:**

- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and keep HR policies, processes and documentation up to date.
- Oversee day-to-day HR administration, employee records, contracts, absences and payroll processes in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Manage recruitment activities, particularly across our retail network, ensuring timely hiring and appropriate staffing levels.
- Build strong relationships with employees and managers across retail locations, regularly visiting the field and supporting the resolution of people-related challenges.
- Drive consistent implementation of HR policies and processes, while identifying opportunities to improve and streamline HR operations.
- Support onboarding, training and development initiatives and provide guidance to managers on people-related matters.
- Monitor key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism and overtime, and provide insights to support business decisions.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an operational HR role with responsibility for HR administration and payroll.
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR compliance, with practical experience in applying relevant requirements to HR processes and documentation.
- Practical experience with payroll processes and HR administration.
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally in a high-volume environment where timely and effective hiring is essential.
- Experience in retail or another multi-location / field-based environment will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems is an advantage.
