Algorhythm is opening a 3-month internship where you learn to solve real business problems with AI. Your job is to understand what a business needs and shape the solution.
You don't need to know how to program. We are looking for sharp, curious people who ask the right questions and don't stop at the first answer. Algorhythm is a software house focused on SAP ERP and open-technology solutions, with clients in retail, banking, insurance, energy, government and other industries.
What you'll do
You'll find real business problems and solve them with applications built with AI. You start with training, then move on to real projects.
Who we're looking for
We care about how you think, not what you studied.
\* You think clearly: you break a big problem into small parts and reason step by step.
\* You are curious about how a business works and keep asking “why” until you reach the real cause.
\* You use AI tools every day and have tried to build something with them, however small.
\* You learn fast and on your own: when you don't know something, you find the way without waiting to be shown.
\* You write and speak clearly.
\* You finish what you start and don't settle for “almost works”.
You don't need programming skills or a computer science degree. We welcome students and graduates from economics, engineering, mathematics or any other field.
What you get
By the end of the three months you will have taken at least one real business problem from discovery to a working solution.
