**Arkitekt/e — Mid / Senior**
TAMOM kërkon një Arkitekt/e Mid/Senior me profil të fortë teknik për t’iu bashkuar ekipit tonë multidisiplinor.Kandidati/ja ideal/e duhet të ketë eksperiencë të konsoliduar në zhvillimin teknik të projekteve arkitekturore, dokumentacionin e zbatimit, detajimin, koordinimin multidisiplinar dhe ndjekjen e projektit deri në realizim. Në TAMOM, arkitektura zhvillohet në një kontekst më të gjerë ku ndërthuren arkitektura, arti, dizajni, moda, skenografia, performanca dhe kultura. Për këtë arsye, vlerësojmë një arkitekt/e me mendje të hapur dhe interes për eksperimentimin, por saktësia teknike, përgjegjshmëria dhe aftësia për të realizuar janë thelbësore për këtë pozicion. • Zhvillimi i projekteve arkitekturore nga koncepti deri në projektin e detajuar dhe dokumentacionin e zbatimit.
• Përgatitja e planeve, prerjeve, fasadave, layout-eve, detajeve konstruktive dhe vizatimeve teknike.
• Zhvillimi dhe mirëmbajtja e modeleve 3D.
• Përgatitja e dokumentacionit teknik për fazat përkatëse të projektit.
• Zhvillimi i detajeve të zbatimit dhe zgjidhjeve teknike.
• Koordinimi i projektit arkitektonik me strukturën, MEP, infrastrukturën dhe disiplinat e tjera.
• Kontrolli i dimensioneve, niveleve, materialeve, specifikimeve dhe përputhshmërisë së dokumentacionit.
• Identifikimi i clashes, gabimeve dhe problematikave teknike dhe gjetja e zgjidhjeve.
• Përgatitja dhe koordinimi i materialeve për tenderim dhe/ose zbatim, sipas nevojave të projektit.
• Bashkëpunimi me inxhinierë, konsulentë, kontraktorë dhe furnitorë.
• Pjesëmarrja në takime teknike, koordinime dhe site visits.
• Ndjekja e zgjidhjeve teknike gjatë fazës së zbatimit.
• Organizimi dhe mirëmbajtja e strukturës së skedarëve dhe dokumentacionit të projektit.
• Respektimi i afateve dhe përgjegjësia direkte për cilësinë dhe saktësinë e deliverables.
**KËRKESAT TEKNIKE**
• Diplomë Bachelor ose Master në Arkitekturë.
• 2+ vite eksperiencë për Mid-Level; 7+ vite eksperiencë për Senior.
• Aftësi të avancuara në AutoCAD, me eksperiencë reale në dokumentacion teknik.
• Aftësi shumë të mira në SketchUp dhe modelim 3D.
• Eksperiencë në përgatitjen e construction drawings / working drawings.
• Aftësi të mira në detajim arkitektonik dhe konstruktiv.
• Njohuri të mira mbi materialet, sistemet e ndërtimit dhe metodat e zbatimit.
• Njohuri mbi kode, rregullore dhe standarde të ndërtimit.
• Aftësi për të koordinuar projektin me strukturën dhe MEP.
• Njohuri në Revit/BIM përbëjnë avantazh të rëndësishëm.
• Eksperiencë me V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion ose D5 Render përbën avantazh.

**Architect — Mid / Senior**
TAMOM is looking for a Mid/Senior Architect with a strong technical profile to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the technical development of architectural projects, construction documentation, detailing, multidisciplinary coordination, and following projects through to realization. At TAMOM, architecture operates within a broader context where architecture, art, design, fashion, scenography, performance, and culture intersect. We value an open-minded architect with an interest in experimentation, but technical accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to deliver are essential for this position. We are looking for someone who can take an idea, even when complex, experimental, or unconventional, and develop it into a technically accurate, coordinated, and buildable solution.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
• Developing architectural projects from concept through detailed design and construction documentation.
• Preparing plans, sections, elevations, layouts, construction details, and technical drawings.
• Developing and maintaining 3D models.
• Preparing technical documentation for the relevant project phases.
• Developing construction details and technical solutions.
• Coordinating architectural design with structural, MEP, infrastructure, and other disciplines.
• Checking dimensions, levels, materials, specifications, and overall documentation consistency.
• Identifying clashes, errors, and technical issues and developing solutions.
• Preparing and coordinating tender and/or construction documentation according to project requirements.
• Collaborating with engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Participating in technical meetings, coordination sessions, and site visits.
• Following technical solutions throughout the construction phase.
• Organizing and maintaining project files and documentation.
• Meeting deadlines and taking direct responsibility for the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS**
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 2+ years of experience for Mid-Level; 7+ years of experience for Senior.
• Advanced AutoCAD skills, with proven experience in technical documentation.
• Strong SketchUp and 3D modelling skills.
• Experience preparing construction drawings / working drawings.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and construction detailing.
• Good knowledge of materials, building systems, and construction methods.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Ability to coordinate projects with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM is a significant advantage.
• Experience with V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or D5 Render is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is an advantage.
**FOR SENIOR LEVEL**
The Senior Architect is expected to take greater technical responsibility and have the ability to:
• Lead and review architectural deliverables.
• Coordinate the project technically across all disciplines.
• Manage documentation and quality control.
• Review and oversee the work of Mid/Junior Architects.
• Resolve complex technical issues.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Follow projects through the construction phase.
• Organize technical workflows and distribute tasks within the team.
• Mentor more junior members of the team.
