**Architect — Mid/Senior Level**
***About the Role***
We are looking for a Mid/Senior Architect to join our team and contribute to the development and delivery of architectural projects, with a strong focus on technical design, detailing, coordination, and construction documentation.
The role is suitable for both Mid-Level and Senior Architects, with responsibilities and level of ownership depending on experience. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders to deliver accurate, coordinated, and technically sound architectural solutions.
***Responsibilities***
- Develop architectural designs from concept through detailed design and construction documentation.
- Prepare accurate plans, sections, elevations, layouts, details, and technical drawings.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
- Prepare and coordinate architectural technical documentation and construction details.
- Coordinate architectural work with structural, MEP, civil, and other disciplines.
- Identify design conflicts and technical issues and develop practical solutions.
- Review drawings and documentation for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Support material selection, specifications, schedules, and technical documentation.
- Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, coordination sessions, and site visits.
- Communicate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Maintain organized project drawings, models, files, and documentation.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of technical quality.

- Take ownership of key architectural and technical deliverables.
- Lead technical coordination and proactively resolve complex design and construction issues.
- Review and coordinate the work of Mid-Level and Junior Architects.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to less experienced team members.
- Coordinate architectural deliverables across multiple project disciplines.
- Participate in client meetings and support project decision-making.
- Establish and maintain drawing, documentation, and quality-control standards.
- Support project planning, task allocation, and overall architectural coordination.
***Qualifications***
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 3+ years of experience for Mid-Level; 7+ years for Senior Level.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, construction methods, materials, and technical detailing.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp.
- Knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
- Experience with V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, D5 Render, or similar visualization software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software is an advantage.
- Experience with technical and construction documentation.
- Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Good English communication skills.
