**Job Overview:**
**As a QA/QC Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a key role in maintaining compliance with all contractual requirements, as well as overseeing quality management systems on-site during the project's execution.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- On-Site Quality Assurance & Control
- Inspection & Material Acceptance.
- Testing & Documentation Witness and record quality control tests.
- Deficiency Identification & Reporting.
- Communication & Coordination.
- Contractor’s Compliance Monitoring.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control within construction or engineering projects.
- Professional qualifications in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Knowledge of QA/QC standards.
- Experience in conducting inspections, quality testing, and documentation management.
- Ability to identify construction deficiencies and manage corrective actions.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Experience in supervising on-site QA/QC activities for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
