**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role based in Tirana for a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist. The role entails identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for various positions within the company. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, assisting in building a strong employer brand, and collaborating with management to fulfill staffing needs. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining HR records and supporting HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Experience in Hiring and talent acquisition strategies
- Strong Communication skills for both internal team collaboration and external candidate engagement
- Knowledge of Employer Branding and strategies to promote the company's reputation as a great place to work
- Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment practices
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Tirana
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
